  I stopped in to pickup a few small items. Found out I couldn't get any sales unless I had a CVS card. I offered to get one but then found out even with the card I still wouldn't be entitled to any sales until my next visit. This is not customer service! I'll go to Kroger and get my products cheaper.

  I went in looking for a less common prescription. I waited for 10 min to even talk to a pharmacist as she was on the phone. Then she was rude when I showed her my prescription. I understand if they don't have it in stock, but she could have told me that nicely.
